Emoshun


Supplies

1 tube of choice - I used the adorable artwork of Rzhevskii which can be purchased from Pics for Design.  You must generate a license to use.

Font of choice - I used Edo here

Monti Circular Mask here

Mura's Meister - Copies

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Lets Get Started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the top 2 layers, Circle Frame, and Dotted Circle layer.
New Raster layer.
Flood fill white.
Send to bottom.

Highlight Circle Background layer.
Click on the gray area with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste Flower 5 as a new layer.
Resize 15%
Apply Mura's Meister - Copies:
Choose "Encircle:
Change the top 3 numbers to -
Number: 30
Shift X: 70
Shift Y: 70
OK
Move the circle of flowers into position over the paper layer.

Highlight Long Rectangles layer.
Click on each rectangle with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Dotted Lines layer.
Click anywhere outside of the dotted lines with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with #000000
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Narrow Strips layer.
Click anywhere outside of them with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight Square Frames layer.
Click on each of the frames with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the frames a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Square Frame Backgrounds layer.
Click on the lower square with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 11 as a new layer.
Move the paper into position over the template - choose an area of the paper that doesn't have the line showing.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Highlight the Square Frame Background layer again.
Click on the upper square with your Magic Wand.
Paste the paper again as a new layer.
Move into position the same as you did before.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste Bunting 1 as a new layer.
Resize 60%
Move into position over the square - see my tag for reference.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your elements.  I used:
Beaded String 2:  Resize 30%/Free rotate Right 90 degrees
Beaded String1:  Resize 25%/Free rotate Right 85 degrees
Brad 2:  Resize 10%/Duplicate 3x's
Teddy 3:  Resize 40%
Cupcake 1:  Resize 40%
Emo Skull 3:  Resize 40%
Corset Heart 1:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Right 20 degrees
Lollipop 4:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Left 75 degrees
Lollipop 3:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Left 80 degrees
Lollipop 2:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Right 80 degrees

Highlght your background layer.
Select All.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the Mask.
Move the mask so it's a little more centered behind the circle layer.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name:
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #000000
Background: #ef0c44
Stroke: 1

To make your name in a ring:
In your color pallet, close out the background color.
Make your Ellipse Tool active set on Circle and create a ring slightly larger than the ring 

of flowers.
Object/Align/Center in Canvas

Reopne your background color in your color pallet.
Type your name and then hit the space bar 4 times.
Highlight your name and the spaces.
Copy.
Ctrl + V - your name should appear again.
Keep pressing Ctrl + V until your name makes a complete circle around the flowers - don't let your name overlap each other.
TIP:  If you should end up with a rather large gap, yet if you paste your name once more then it'll over lap, don't worry!  In the text box, click your mouse before the very first name that was typed.  Tap the space bar and watch your name go around in a circle until the gap is hidden behind the cupcake.  
Click apply.
In your layers pallet click on the + sign.
Click on the eye of the New Ellipse layer.
Highlight Vector 1 layer.
Right click your mouse.
Choose Convert to Raster layer.

To get the emo skulls between your name:
Copy and paste Emo Skull 4 as a new layer.
Resize 10%
Apply Mura's Meister - Copies:
Choose Encircle.
Count the number of gaps you have going around the circle and put that in the "Number" line in Mura's Meister - Copies.
Change Shift X and Shift Y to 85
Apply.
Move the circle of skulls so the skull is pefectly set between two of your names.  Make your 

Freehand Selection Tool active and circle around that skull.
Right click on in in your layers pallet.
Choose Promote Section to layer.
Deselect.
Highlight the ring of skulls and move it into exact position in the next gap.
Circle around it with your Freehand Selection Tool.
Right click on it, choose Promote Section to layer.
Deselect.
Continue this until you have the skulls in exact position all the way around the circle.
You can delete the original ring of skulls.

Resize all layers 85%.
